We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and innovative Talent Acquisition Specialist that will attract and onboard world-class talent, while optimizing quality and efficiency. You will be working in a dynamic, result-oriented, fast-paced environment without the infrastructure (and bureaucracy) of a larger company. Our people and company culture are key to our success so you will be responsible for creating an amazing candidate experience and ensuring that we execute our recruiting strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Complete ownership over the recruiting process, initially as a single function. Defining recruitment processes and then executing them
  • Lead the full life cycle of the hiring process and perfect it from sourcing to hiring
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and profile top talent candidates
  • Guide and mentor hiring managers throughout the hiring & onboarding processes
  • Publish positions in technical forums, job sites/forums, and using your personal network
  • Recruit a wide range of profiles
  • Build recruitment plans for hiring processes
  • Make our candidate experience a team-wide priority and create an excellent positive candidate experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting end to end positions, at least 2 of which while working as a recruiter in a tech company
  • Solid sourcing experience and creative pipeline management
  • Experience in conducting face to face interviews, reference checks and writing evaluations
  • Strong analytical skills and examples of data driven decision making
  • Ability to manage confidentiality concerning employee information
  • Strong English, both verbal and written- a must
  • Experience in technological recruiting
  • B.A in Social Science/Behavioural Science or equivalent experience
