We are looking for an Office Manager – an energetic fast learner team player, who enjoys working in a high-demanding, fast-paced work environment.
As an Office Manager you will be the heart of the company and ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis. This job is ranged widely in duties and responsibilities, and therefore you must be a person that embraces change and is very service-oriented. You will be the face of daily life at Shopic and work closely with the company’s Finance, HR, management and the entire team. You will also lead the welfare of the company – organize events, happy hours, holiday toasts and more.
- Responsible to employee welfare activities
- Ownership of all aspects related to our day-to-day office operations & budget
- Working with our bookkeepers
- Booking and coordinating international business trips
- Handling payments with customers and suppliers
We are based in Tel Aviv, few minutes from Tel Aviv-Savidor Center train station. This is full-time position.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time and multiple projects simultaneously
- Highly proactive and ability to execute projects from start to end
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
- Experience in working with vendors (negotiation skills, budget control)
- Experience in the Tech industry – an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Education: BA in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any other relevant degree – an advantage
- Great people skills – a must!
